This is especially useful in situations where, alongside smart control, traditional local switching is also required, such as manually controlling a floor lamp or fan.

The design is specifically optimized for retrofit installations, making it easy to upgrade existing devices - such as lamps or fans - without requiring full device replacement. The pre-wired, color-coded cables ensure quick and error-free connection to Shelly relays and the controlled devices.

The surface-mount housing enables installation without recessed wall mounting, making it an ideal solution for older devices, renovation projects, or locations where flush mounting is not possible or not required due to the characteristics of the controlled device. Thanks to its wide compatibility, it can be used with various Shelly relays and dimmers, providing flexibility for different smart home applications.

Important: A Shelly relay or dimmer is required for operation – not suitable for standalone use. Compatible with a wide range of Shelly Plus / Gen3 / Gen4 devices, as well as Gen3 and Gen4 Mini relays and dimmers.
