If a smart home product you purchased from us has developed a fault, you can report the issue by filling out and submitting the form below. In the case of multiple products, please use the RMA Excel form available at the link.
After submitting the form, you will automatically receive an email confirming your report. This email will also include information on how to return the faulty product. If you are reporting an electrical issue (e.g., a device caused a short circuit), please also send photo(s) of the wiring via email.
